- Any student attending more than 1 week of camp will receive a MB ELITE golf bag.

- Students attending for 3 or more weeks will receive a 10% discount on every extra week of either Boarding or Non-Boarding camps.

- A sibling discount of 10% is applied to any 2nd registrant within the same household

Upon submission, I Authorize MB Elite to charge the card listed above for 20% of the total amount owed as a deposit to secure my student's spot. I understand, the remaining balance will be applied to the card listed one week prior to the start of my student's camp date. *

All deposits are refundable up until 30-days prior to the start of the camps. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable and can be applied towards a future camp within one year.
